Mike Mobley Reporting can provide your paper exhibits in any electronic format that fits your needs. We typically provide scanned exhibits in PDF, TIF, or JPG formats. If you need your exhibits in another format, we will accommodate your needs - simply let our reporter know what your office standard is. Our office also has an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Engine to index the exhibits and allow keyword searching of each document in a case.

If you like the convenience of the condensed transcripts, just ask our reporter to provide your exhibits in condensed format as well. It will save valuable storage space by making those large files 8 times smaller.

Because of the file size of scanned documents, we typically deliver the exhibits on a CD or DVD. If your firm's email system can accept large documents, we can email them at your request.
