Robert Miller, who goes by Rob, has been a legal videographer and a process server with Mike Mobley Reporting since May 1996.
From Rob’s perspective:
What I enjoy most about my job is interacting with our clients on a day-to-day basis. Over the years I have gotten to know many of them very well and it has become more like hanging out with your friends than doing work. Our biggest clients know that when I show up to do a job that it is going to be done well.
The most interesting thing that I have encountered as a court reporting videographer is getting to know all of the judges in town and many of the leaders in the Bar Association.
As a young child I started working in my parent’s restaurant and since then I have always been a service oriented type of person.
I was born in Kettering, Ohio and was there until six when we moved to Dayton for three years and then moved to Centerville. I went to Centerville High School through my junior year and finished my senior year at Northmont High School in 1990. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wright State University.
Most of my family is still in the Dayton area and we are all still very close. I enjoy spending my weekends with many of them. I have two children in high school and next year one of them will be on her way to college.
When I’m not working my favorite activities are at the lake with my closest friends and family. I also enjoy being very active at St. Charles Elementary School and Alter High School. For many years I have enjoyed being a part of the fundraising process for both schools. It has been very successful and rewarding.
